Britain & Ireland’s Next Top Model 2011 on SkyLivingPosted on Jul 26 In - Exclusive Hire, Fashion, Filming, Photography, Studio Four, Studio One, Studio Three, Studio Two, Suite A, Suite B
Having Elle Macpherson back to Sunbeam along with BINTM to put us through our paces was great fun.
They may be promising the feistiest series yet but even 60 fledgling models, 4 judges and a crew of over 30 was no match for our studios!
Because all our studios interconnect the BINTM crew were able to utilise all of the spaces throughout their filming here while keeping judges, crew and models separate and together at all the right times.
We were exhausted just watching them but it was a very successful filming process and we were glad it went so smoothly.
BINTM made us our own special trailer, check it out!
Epic Building (and a sense of humour to boot!)Posted on Mar 17 In - Events, Exclusive Hire, Filming, Photography, Studio Four, Studio One, Studio Three, Studio Two, Suite A, Suite B, Suite C, Suite D, Suite E, Sunbeam's Own
Check out our little ode to Stanley Kubric here. Big thanks to all at Digital Pro!
We thought we’d put together this little film to help show how our studios are interconnected.
If you’re needing a couple of studios linked together check out our Suites page to see all we have to offer.
Pringles & Glee Mash Up PartyPosted on Nov 27 In - Events, Music, Studio Three, Studio Two, Suite B
To celebrate the release of the Glee Season 1 DVD boxset, Pringles and Fox teamed up to bring a day of Glee mania to 100 competition winners. Sunbeam’s Main Hall was transformed into a high school auditorium, the competition winners were spoilt with singing and dancing lessons as well as American themed food courtesy of Purple Grape. The gleeks got to dress up in lots of fun costumes and at the end of the day Eliza Doolittle hosted the final performances by the gleeks who got to relive their favourite scenes on their very own Glee stage. Everyone went home with glee bags crammed full of goodies and a big smile on their gleek faces.
Green GoddessPosted on Nov 01 In - Fashion, Photography, Studio Three, Studio Two, Suite B
“I love photo shoots where I can be like a pinup, not myself,” Green gushes. “Where I can be feminine, glamorous, dark … not like in real life. I hate it when you go in and they want you to be ‘natural,’ to be yourself. I just hate it. I love having fun. When they ask you to smile, I hate it. Of course I smile in my real life, but to do it on cue, that’s not spontaneous. I’d rather do something that’s like a little movie, like a little story, rather than just me—I feel naked.”
